An Ordinance placing a question on the ballot for the April 5, 2016 Regular Municipal Election to authorize the City of Fruita to provide advanced service (high speed) internet, cable television service, or telecommunications service, directly or indirectly to users of such services located with the boundaries of the City of Fruita as permitted by Title 29, Article 27 of the Colorado Revised Statutes
