Ordinance 2007-01

Adopting and amending the International Buidling Code, the International Plumbing Code, the International Mechanical Code, the International Fuel Gas Code, the International Property Maintenance Code, the International Fire Code, the International Residential Code, the National Electrical Code and the International Energy Conservation Code to be applied throughout the City of Fruita; Providing for administration, enforcement and appeals; and providing penalties for violation of the provisions of these primary code.
