The Grand Valley Transit System provides bus transportation for Fruita residents.  The Fruita Route leaves Mesa Mall Transfer Station every hour starting at 5:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. Saturdays and heads to Fruita stopping at many locations throughout Fruita and then returns to the Mesa Mall Transfer Station.   From here you can catch the other routes which can take you to Grand Junction, Orchard Mesa, Clifton, Palisade or the Airport.
