A VISION FOR FRUITA
(Vision statement adopted by the City Council, February 2008)
Fruita operates a full time planning and
zoning office which administers applications for planning clearances for building
permits; zoning, subdivision and conditional use permits; applications for variances,
zoning complaints, and subdivision improvements agreements. The following planning
