1. Ordinance 2009-10 (Adopted May 19, 2009/ Effective June 19, 2009)
An Ordinance repealing and reenacting Chapter 41, Sign Code, in it’s entirety, and amending Chapter 3, Basic Definitions and Interpretations and Chapter 13, Zoning Review and Amendment Procedures, of the Fruita Land Use Code.
2. Ordinance 2009-23 (Adopted November 17, 2009/Effective December 18, 2009)
An Ordinance amending Chapter 3 and Chapter 7 of Title 17, Land use Code and Title 5, Business Licenses and Regulations, of the Fruita Municipal Code  regarding Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.
3. Ordinance 2010-10 (Effective Date April 6, 2010)
An Ordinance amending Title 17 of the Fruita Municipal Code to implement the changes necessary to implement the recently adopted Parks, Open Space and Trails (POST) Master Plan.
4. Ordinance 2010-11
An Ordinance amending chapter 45, sections 060, 070, 260, and 270 Part V, of Title 17, Fruita Land Use Code, of the Fruita Municipal Code.
