Note:  All first time registration customers need to request an account in order to register for programs online.

1. The ActiveNet service provided through Active.com is an authorized contractor for the City of Fruita Parks and Recreation Department.

2. For online registration, you must have a valid credit card.  All online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com.

3. The ActiveNet registration site is secured by VeriSign.

4. Registrations are subject to a processing fee that will appear on the statement as a payment made to Active.com.
   
   The processing fee is subject as follows:
   Online Registration (credit card):        6.5% + $.50 transaction fee

5. Refund Policy:

• Full refund or credit will be given if the City of Fruita cancels the program.
• All refund requests will be approved or denied by the Fruita Parks and Recreation Department (858-0360).  All refund checks will be processed through the City of Fruita and mailed to you within 2 weeks.
• The Fruita Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to adjust the policy, depending upon the circumstances and the severity of the situation.
• Online processing fees are non-refundable.
