FIREWORKS Display on July 3rd at dusk

The City of Fruita in conjunction with the Lower Valley Fire District are pleased to bring Fireworks to the Lower Valley on July 3rd.  This is a free event intended to provide Lower Valley Citizens a safe, fun, and family oriented opportunity to celebrate our Nation's Birthday.

Find your favorite location in Fruita or stay at home in your front or back yard to enjoy the display as they are set off at dusk from Snooks Bottom Open Space Park (located along the southern banks of the Colorado River and west of Highway 340).  Please note that access to Snooks Bottom Open Space Park will be closed to the public for safety reasons and viewing from this location as well as viewing from adjacent BLM Lands will not be permitted.  However, there are many locations available for you to watch the display (see map of viewing locations link below).  Green stars on the map indicate good viewing sites; yellow stars indicate good viewing areas with restroom facilities.
