Fruita Greenway Business Park

Fruita has one of the more thriving, progressive and prosperous business environments in Colorado. From nationally-recognized Family Health West to our I.I.G./John Mansville facility, Fruita has demonstrated a "can do" attitude that begins with your first phone call. The City of Fruita is working towards implementation of the Fruita Greenway Business Park Plan to improve infrastructure and recruit businesses to the light industrial property located west of the City. Meetings are held on an ongoing basis to develop action plans and track progress of the industrial park development.

Downtown Development

The City has joined with the Fruita Chamber of Commerce to sponsor monthly meetings to provide a forum to bring together city officials, chamber representatives and business/property owners to discuss downtown development and issues of mutual interest to the business community.
